Chairwork Intensive Week
Pris: 499 DDK for begge dage / 300 DDK pr. dag.
Dag 1 – Mandag d. 4. august (18:30–21:00)
Fokus: Grundlæggende teknik, balance, overgange og at blive fortrolig med stolen
Træner: Silly Sybarie
18:30–18:50 – Opvarmning og mobilitet (Fokus på core, ben og ryg – områder man bruger til chair tricks)
18:50–19:40 – Chair Basics: Find din stol (Hvordan arbejder man sikkert, Siddestillinger, brug af arme, ben og kontaktflader)
19:40–20:15 – Tricks Level 1 (Glides, stolesæde-switches, elegant klatring, balanceøvelser)
20:15–20:30 – Pause og mindset (Hvordan arbejder man med selvsikkerhed i tricks?)
20:30–21:00 – Mini-trick-kombinationer (Vi sætter 2–3 tricks sammen og øver på overgange i eget tempo)
Dag 2 – Onsdag d. 6. august (18:30–21:00)
Fokus: Udvidede tricks, niveau 2 og selvsikker bevægelse med stolen
Træner: Luci D. Wilde & Emmarald
18:30–18:50 – Opvarmning & Power-activation (Mere dynamisk fokus – klar til at udfordre stolen)
18:50–19:30 – Chair Tricks: Level Up (Inverts, head-first overgange, læne-balance, shoulder rolls over stolen)
19:30–20:00 – Trick & Flow (Træning i at lave koreografi/Hvordan ser det ud i bevægelse?)
20:00–20:15 – Pause og individuel coaching
20:15–21:00 – Open Chair Jam + trick repetition (Deltagerne vælger selv de tricks de vil forfine)

Burlesque Croquis – A Sensual Drawing Experience
Join us for a unique and exciting croquis session, where a burlesque performer brings drama, elegance, and playfulness to the art of figure drawing! The performer will strike beautiful and dynamic poses, using classic burlesque props to add flair and inspiration.
Try-out Roulette: A Burlesque dance experience
Are you ready to explore the captivating world of burlesque dance? Our "Try Out Roulette" event is the perfect opportunity to dip your toes into this glamorous and empowering art form. With multiple instructors and a variety of burlesque genres, you'll get a taste of everything burlesque has to offer in one exciting session!
Experience the unique styles and expertise of our talented burlesque instructors. Each instructor will guide you through a different aspect of burlesque, ensuring a dynamic and comprehensive introduction to burlesque.

*Our classes are all about having fun and expressing yourself. No prior dance experience is needed – just bring your enthusiasm and an open mind. All genders are welcome.
Masterclass: Queerlesque vol. 3
A workshop for those who would like to try a form of burlesque that breaks tradition and expectations. Where classic burlesque tends to draw its empowerment and style from femininity, queerlesque draws inspiration from a much broader spectrum – masculine, feminine, androgynous and so much more. It is all about playing with expectations and flipping them around, explore different movements, themes and styles within burlesque and find new and unexpected corners of what burlesque can be.
