Then this is the workshop for you! We guarantee sweat, laughter, exercise and sore muscles! Burlesquercise is a new concept we have developed - 1,5 hour of fun and efficient high-speed workout that will strengthen your entire body!

This workshop guides you through useful exercises that will help you become stronger and move faster when you dance. Throughout the workout, we only use our own body, a mat, and a chair - you will, therefore, be able to do the exercises at home as well.

The exercises are simple, effective and fun! The workshop will start off by running through all the exercises, where we talk about how to do them right and adjust so that they fit your level. Then the actual workout begins - prepare for A LOT of sweat and fun!


Our workshops are suited for women of all ages, abilities, and levels. All our classes are held within a non-judgmental, professional and friendly environment so that everyone feels welcome.

DRESSCODE: Whatever you feel comfortable in. You might wanna wear indoor fitness shoes.
