Flexibility is a new success here at Sweet Burlesque and we invite you all to come join us for a day of some hardcore stretching!

This Flexibility workshop is held by our new flexibility teacher Miss Mathilde! Join this workshop to improve yourself as a dancer, by becoming more flexible and stronger. Miss Mathilde will guide you through a series of exercises and give you tips on how to get the most out of your stretches so that you will see a fast and correctly progression. 

Not that flexible? Don’t worry! This workshop is for everyone and your individual level will be taken into account so that everyone gets something out of the class. Miss Mathilde will challenge you at your particular level, so that no one will be too relaxed in a stretch! 

The focus at this workshop will be on proper technique, correct and safe stretching and flexibility exercises that are specifically adjusted for the adult body ♥
