Want to do more hardcore exercise?
Then we have planned a workshop just for you that will involve sweat, laughter, exercise and sore muscles! This workshop is 1½ hour of Burlesquercise, a new concept we have develop.
Burlesquercise is a fun and efficient high-speed workout that will strengthen your entire body!
This workshop is for you who wants to learn some exercises that will help you become faster and stronger when you dance or for you, who just wants to get a Saturday workout! During the workshop we will only use our own body, a mat and a chair for the strength exercises, and you will therefore be able to do the exercises at home as well.
The exercises are simple, effective and fun! The workshop will start off by a run through of all the exercises that we will do in the workout, where small adjustments can be made so that they fit your fitness level. Then the actual workout will begin and we guarantee A LOT of sweat and fun!
Our workshops are suited for women of all ages, abilities and levels. Our workshops are held in a non-judgmental, professional and friendly environment so that everyone feels welcome.
What to wear: Whatever you feel comfortable in. You might wanna wear indoor fitness shoes.
